ORPL or Smart Noise

Smart Noise is an automated advertising platform for musicians: pick a track and a daily budget, and it handles targeting, optimisation, and reporting using data from tens of thousands of music campaigns. Around that sit pre-saves, a creative studio for TikTok and Reels, discovery funnels, and a fan CRM. It runs on a monthly subscription with the ad budget separate, and it does not distribute. ORPL covers what happens before the ads — the release decision, the brand, the materials, the distribution — and does it free by default.

Where Smart Noise is stronger

  • At launch speed and the data underneath it. A campaign is assembled in about a minute without touching Ads Manager, and targeting leans on statistics from thousands of music campaigns rather than guesses about interests. The vertical creative studio and the Spotify funnels are exactly where an independent artist otherwise burns the most manual time. ORPL has no automation at that level: our Meta and YouTube campaigns are run by a team as a service.

Where the difference actually falls

  • Advertising scales a response that already exists; it does not create one. So the first question is whether the release has a date, a position, artwork, copy, and a first hundred people worth chasing — that is ORPL's part, along with distribution in the same place and Ukrainian channels. The second is money: theirs is a subscription plus the ad budget on top, while in ORPL the day-to-day tools cost nothing and PRO is ₴99 a month. With no ad budget yet, ad automation has nothing to automate.

When Smart Noise is the better choice

  • Advertising is your main channel and you want to launch without Ads Manager.
  • You already have a budget that works and want to scale it rather than build one.
  • You need ready vertical creatives for campaigns.
  • Ukrainian local channels are irrelevant to this release.

When ORPL

  • There is no ad budget yet, and the release still has to come out properly.
  • You need to work out what to advertise, and to whom, first.
  • Distribution, materials, and advertising should live in one place.
  • Ukraine is your main market or your export starting point.

In short

  • What does Smart Noise cost? They run on a monthly subscription with the ad budget separate, and there is a trial. We do not quote a figure: on the day we checked, their pricing page did not serve numbers without running scripts, and we will not publish an unverified price on a comparison page. Current rates are on their site.
  • Does ORPL have the same ad automation? No. Our Meta and YouTube campaigns are run by a team as a service, not by automation. If automation is what you need, go to them.
  • What if the ad budget is zero? Then no advertising platform helps. Start with the date, the materials, and the first listeners — the part ORPL covers for free.
  • Other service's details verified: 2026-09-05.
